Carey has 30 years of combined business management experience, working for both public and private companies. Her background includes HR, recruiting, data analysis, team management, overseeing large clients, and handling all financial aspects of a business. Prior to joining Rupe Companies, Carey was the CEO and Founder of ProRecruiters, which she started and sold after 15 years in 2021.

Carey graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University in 1995 with a double major in Cognitive Studies and English, and a minor in Statistics. Before starting ProRecruiters, she worked at Williams Companies, focusing on structured derivatives for the Natural Gas division. She also worked at The Advisory Board Company in Washington D.C. and Chapman Foundations Management.

In her current role, Carey’s primary responsibilities include managing HR and IT for the team. She resides in Tulsa with her husband and two daughters, and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, golfing, and exercising, as well as being an active community member. Additionally, Carey is involved in the National Charity League with her daughters and serves as a board member for two non-profit organizations. She is also a Class 28 Graduate of Leadership Tulsa.
