STEVEN JONES

Assistant Superintendent

Steven Jones is a graduate of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, OK, where he earned a degree in Applied Science.

His career began as an Assistant Project Manager at Mears in Stillwater, OK, where he successfully managed multiple fiber optic installation projects from start to finish. His role involved ensuring timelines and quality standards were met, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication.

In 2022, Steven founded and operated AquaMan Wash & Stain in Tulsa, OK. As the Owner and Operator, he managed all aspects of business operations including client acquisition, project execution, and financial planning. His commitment to building strong customer relationships led to a high rate of repeat business and positive referrals.

Currently, as the Assistant Superintendent for 3rd Party Builds, Steven oversees, and coordinates construction projects managed by third-party contractors. He ensures these projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards. Steven’s expertise in project planning, financial management, team leadership, risk management, and strategic planning is invaluable to the success of these projects.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.
