Jeff is also proficient in project planning, team leadership, and client relations, making him an asset in any construction project.

Jeff has continually advanced his role and responsibilities in the industry throughout his career. In 2009, he became a Commercial Construction Superintendent, where his exceptional leadership and attention to detail led to the successful completion of numerous projects on time and within budget. In 2018, Jeff was promoted to Senior Superintendent, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the field.

In 2021, Jeff transitioned to the role of Project Manager, where he excelled in leading complex Dollar General projects from start to finish. His strategic vision and proactive approach ensured seamless coordination among project stakeholders, resulting in exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. Jeff’s success led to his promotion to Senior Project Manager in 2024, a testament to his unwavering dedication and proven leadership capabilities within the Dollar General Program at Rupe Companies. Jeff completed the Applied Business Science course in Project Management from Oklahoma State University, further enhancing his skills and knowledge in project planning and execution.
