Alex Maguire

Alex Maguire is the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for Rupe Companies. In this leadership role, he oversees and drives the company’s acquisition strategy, guiding the team in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime real estate opportunities in Oklahoma, Kansas, South Dakota, Arizona, and New Mexico. Alex leads the full acquisition lifecycle — from initial site identification and market analysis to structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions — ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. He also mentors and develops team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on strategic expansion.
With a strong emphasis on third-party negotiations, comparable market sales analysis, project management, and title/vesting resolution, Alex has developed broad expertise in real estate transactions and development. His proficiency in these areas has been integral to the company’s successful acquisition and development of key sites.
Before joining Rupe Companies, Alex worked in the oil and gas industry, managing over 122,000 acres of land in the Delaware Basin, one of the most productive oil and gas regions in the United States.
Alex and his wife, Madison, are proud parents of their two sons, Carter and Eliott. In his free time, Alex enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
