Alessa O’Dunadhaigh (pronounced “o-dune-uh-day”) is a certified paralegal with over two decades of experience supporting shareholder attorneys in the legal industry. Alessa holds several prestigious certifications from NALS®, including Professional Paralegal (PP), Specialty Certificate (SC-Real Estate Law), and Certified Legal Professional (CLP). She is an active member of NALS® and the Tulsa Area Paralegal Association.

Her diverse legal background encompasses family law, employee benefits law, labor and employment law (with a focus on defending employment claims involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA), oil and gas law, and complex commercial litigation. Alessa’s scope of work has included mediation, deposition, hearing, and trial support, as well as regular employer training on drug and alcohol testing, hiring, firing, discipline, wage and hour issues, retaliation, discrimination, and accommodation.
