Alex Maguire

Alex Maguire is Rupe Helmer’s Site Acquisition Manager. Alex’s role is identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing real estate transactions for the development of potential sites in Oklahoma, Kansas, South Dakota, and Arizona. With a strong emphasis on third-party negotiations, comparable market sales analysis, project management, and title/vesting resolution, Alex has developed a broad experience in real estate transactions and development. His proficiency in these areas has been integral in carrying out his role with precision and success.

Prior to joining, Alex was in the oil and gas industry, where he gained valuable experience managing over 122,000 acres of land in one of the most productive oil and gas basins in the United States, the Delaware basin.

Alex and his wife Madison were recently blessed with their first child, Carter. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
