Dan Smith comes to Rupe Properties with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He will serve as a superintendent for large projects. Dan has managed the construction of banks, pharmacies, medical clinics, libraries, public schools, churches, and multiple industrial buildings. Additionally, he has a strong background in pre-engineered metal buildings. When not working, Dan enjoys traveling with his family. Together, they enjoy international and domestic travel where they often engage in activities such as scuba diving and snow skiing. Dan is also passionate about his mission work in Catacamas, Honduras, where he leads a team of men and women building latrines for local underprivileged communities in the mountains of Honduras. There, he can accomplish two important things: building much needed and appreciated latrines, and more importantly, building trusting relationships, which is something he loves to do.
