John Mabry

John Mabry is Rupe Helmer’s Site Development Project Manager.  He has over 12 years of experience managing commercial projects across the Midwest focusing on site selection, due diligence, cost analysis, zoning & permitting, and architectural/engineering services.  Self-motivated and enthusiastic, John has a proven record of delivering projects with respect to budget, scope, and time.              

Originally from Enid, Oklahoma, John attended the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communications and Master’s in Landscape Architecture.  Prior to joining the Rupe Helmer Group, John was a Site Development Project Manager at United States Beef Corporation (Arby’s franchisee) where he worked on a team that won several Developer of the Year awards.  

Outside of work, John is an active member of American Society of Landscape Architects and serves on the Board of Visitors for the Gibbs College of Architecture at OU.  He is blessed with an amazing wife Britni and three sons, Max, Ben and Bo.  In his free time, he enjoys running, traveling, and keeping up with the Sooners.
