John Rupe, Jr., founded the company in 2002 as a general contractor. Over the last two decades, he has evolved it into a multifaceted real estate development and construction company across multiple states, serving a variety of industries. As President and CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth and operation. John works with Rupe’s leadership team and clients to promote collaboration and innovation across the business entities.

John is an active community member and enthusiastic about giving back. He has been involved in YPO (Young Presidents Organization) since 2010 and served as a past chair. He has served on multiple boards, including but not limited to Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, The Salvation Army, Tulsa Community Foundation, The Lorie Lord Breast Cancer Foundation, and The Grand River Dam Authority Board of Directors, which is a Governor Appointed position. John also actively contributes to the United Way of Tulsa and the Tulsa Regional Stem Alliance.

John is a graduate of Arizona State University and received the Significant Sig Award, one of the highest honors from the Sigma Chi Fraternity. When John is not working, he enjoys traveling, golfing, snow skiing, and spending time at the lake with his family.
