Mike Mantle is the Director of Real Estate at Rupe Companies. With over 35 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate, financing, operations, lending management, and rolling out new business concepts, he has a proven record of operating businesses, creating strategic alliances, managing relationships, and transaction management.

At Rupe Companies, Mike heads up the Real Estate Development Program and is the key point of contact for most of the build-to-suit program. He has played a significant role in the Dollar General build-to-suit development program in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, and the Dakotas. Under his leadership, the organization has delivered over 200 Dollar General stores in those markets.

In addition to his leadership in the build-to-suit program, Mike’s responsibilities include identifying suitable real estate within a market, negotiating all land contracts, coordinating various service providers, and directing various entitlement activities.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. He was a four-year football letterman with the Sooners and a 1985 National Championship team member. He was Academic All-Big Eight in 1986.
