Alex Maguire is the Site Acquisition Manager for Rupe Companies. His job involves identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing real estate transactions to develop potential sites in Oklahoma, Kansas, South Dakota, Arizona, and New Mexico. With a strong emphasis on third-party negotiations, comparable market sales analysis, project management, and title/vesting resolution, Alex has developed broad experience in real estate transactions and development. His proficiency in these areas has been integral to carrying out his role with precision and success.

Before joining Rupe Companies, Alex worked in the oil and gas industry. He gained valuable experience managing over 122,000 acres (about half the area of San Antonio, Texas) of land in the Delaware Basin, one of the most productive oil and gas basins in the United States.

Alex and his wife, Madison, are proud parents of their son, Carter. In his free time, Alex enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
