Jesse is a seasoned professional in the construction industry and currently holds the position of VP of Construction and Development at Rupe. His role involves managing projects from approval to completion and collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and owners to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery that surpasses client expectations.

Jesse strives to lead his team and be unreasonably helpful to all project participants. During the building process, he oversees the construction team, working with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure everyone involved feels they are a valuable part of the process.

Jesse graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and management. After college, he worked as a Construction Site superintendent/Project Manager building houses before moving on to Brewer Construction. At Brewer Construction, he worked with a general contractor to build schools, churches, and medical facilities, starting as a Site superintendent and later transitioning to the office as an assistant PM and then a project manager. His passion lies in advocating for both the owner of the project and the talented subcontractors who build the projects.

Jesse has been married to his wife, Riki Stockley, for 16 years and has four children: Cooper (15), Cole (13), Taylor (12), and Carter (11). Jesse loves coaching or participating in his kids’ extracurricular activities, including volleyball, basketball, and soccer. He also enjoys watching his kids grow and perform activities they are passionate about and playing ice hockey himself.
