John Rupe Jr.

John Rupe, Jr. founded the company in 2002, as a general contractor, and over the last two decades evolved the company into a multi-faceted real estate development and construction company, across multiple states, serving a variety of industries. As President & CEO he is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth and operation. John works with Rupe’s leadership team and clients to promote collaboration and innovation across the business entities. 

John is an active member of the community and is enthusiastic about giving back. He has been involved in YPO (Young Presidents Organization) since 2010 and served as a past chair. He has served on multiple boards, including but not limited to, Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, The Salvation Army, Tulsa Community Foundation, The Lorie Lord Breast Cancer Foundation, and The Grand Rive Dam Authority Board of Directors which is a Governor Appointed position. John is also an active contributor to the United Way of Tulsa and the Tulsa Regional Stem Alliance. 

John is a graduate of Arizona State University and a recipient of the Significant Sig Award which is one of the highest honors from the Sigma Chi Fraternity. When John is not working, he enjoys travelling, golf, snow skiing and spending time at the lake with family.
