Mike Mantle

Mike Mantle is the Director of Real Estate. He has more than 25-years of diversified experience in commercial real estate, financing, operations, lending management, and rolling out new business concepts. He has a proven record of operating businesses, creating strategic alliances, managing relationships and transaction management.

Mike’s role at Rupe Companies is to head up the Real Estate Development Program. He is the key point of contact for a majority of the build-to-suit program. Mike has taken a lead role in the Dollar General build-to-suit development program in Oklahoma and Kansas and the Dakotas. That role has helped the organization deliver approximately 100 Dollar General stores in those markets.

Mike’s additional responsibilities include identifying suitable real estate within a market, negotiating all land contracts, coordinating civil engineers, architects, 3^rd party providers, and municipality. 

Mike is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. He was a four year football letterman with the Sooners and was a member of the 1985 National Championship team. He was Academic All Big Eight in 1986.
