John Mabry

John Mabry is an expert Site Acquisition and Development Project Manager at Rupe Companies with an impressive record of delivering high-quality commercial projects across the Midwest. With more than 16 years of experience, John specializes in site selection, due diligence, cost analysis, zoning & permitting, and architectural/engineering services, and is a self-motivated and enthusiastic leader who consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.

John graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in communications and a master’s in landscape architecture. He is a confident and results-oriented professional who previously worked as a Site Development Project Manager for United States Beef Corporation (an Arby’s franchisee), where he was part of a team that won several Developer of the Year awards.

John is a member of the Gibbs College of Architecture at OU’s Board of Visitors. In addition to his professional accomplishments, John is blessed with a fantastic wife, Britni, and three sons, Max, Ben, and Bo. In his free time, he enjoys running, traveling, and keeping up with the Sooners.
