Jeff Dobson

Jeff Dobson brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the industry, from field operations to large-scale commercial project management. His expertise includes project planning, team leadership, and overseeing complex builds valued in the millions.

Jeff joined Rupe Companies in 2015 as a Superintendent and has steadily advanced through the organization, serving as Senior Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager before stepping into his current role as Director of Construction. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully led numerous commercial projects, including many within the Dollar General program, consistently delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Jeff completed the Applied Business Science course in Project Management at Oklahoma State University. He is known for his integrity, professionalism, and commitment to building strong teams while delivering exceptional results for clients.

Outside of work, Jeff has been happily married for 25 years and enjoys spending time with his family and tackling DIY projects at home. He and his wife are proud parents of a daughter who attends Oklahoma State University.
