Connor McMurrain

Connor McMurrain serves as Director of Development for Rupe Companies, where he oversees the commercial real estate development initiatives from concept through completion. In this role, he leads the identification and advancement of development opportunities, overseeing site analysis, feasibility studies, and capital planning while guiding projects through zoning, permitting, and the entitlement process. Connor directs consultant and design teams while coordinating with project partners to keep developments moving efficiently through the company’s pipeline.

Prior to joining Rupe Companies, Connor served as Director of Project Management at a national healthcare company, where he managed large-scale development and construction projects. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Project Manager for Cyntergy AEC and Concept Services.

Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He and his wife, Katie, are proud parents of their son, Luke. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, duck hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
