KAETLYN FREIDMAN

Kaetlyn Freidman serves as an Accounting Clerk at Rupe Companies, where she supports the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and process improvements. With hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting, Kaetlyn brings strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all accounting functions.

Before joining Rupe Companies, Kaetlyn worked as a Remote Accounting and Finance Clerk for Apeks Electric, where she managed full-cycle accounting operations, streamlined financial reporting processes, and developed dashboards to improve decision-making. She also gained experience in financial services as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, building client relationships and creating tailored financial solutions.

Kaetlyn earned her Bachelor of Agriculture Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and a minor in International Business from Oklahoma State University. During her studies, she conducted economic research focused on the recreational and socioeconomic impact of fishing in Oklahoma, contributing recommendations to the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.

Dedicated and detail-oriented, Kaetlyn is passionate about supporting Rupe Companies’ continued growth and success by ensuring strong financial systems and reliable reporting. In her free time Kaetlyn enjoys running, weight training, and exploring new coffee shops. She also loves traveling, spending time with friends, and discovering new things.
