Mark Grossman

Mark Grossman is a Real Estate Acquisition Analyst on the Development team at Rupe Companies, supporting the company’s acquisition strategy through underwriting, market analysis, and transaction support. He brings more than seven years of commercial real estate experience spanning industrial, retail, office, medical, and net lease investment properties. Prior to joining Rupe Companies, Mark built his career in net lease investment sales brokerage, most recently serving as an Associate Vice President with Northmarq and previously with Stan Johnson Company. During his brokerage career, he advised developers, REITs, private equity groups, family offices, and high-net-worth investors on the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of commercial real estate assets. His experience includes underwriting complex transactions, leading marketing efforts, negotiating contracts, and facilitating acquisitions and dispositions involving build-to-suit developments, value-add investments, and sale leaseback transactions.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Oklahoma State University and is licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. His expertise in financial analysis, valuation, market research, and transaction strategy supports Rupe’s continued growth across its target markets.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 children. When he’s not working, you can find him on the golf course, at the grill, working in the yard, or enjoying quality time with friends and family.
