Carlos Estrada

Carlos Estrada brings more than 10 years of construction experience spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects to his role as Superintendent at Rupe Companies. Throughout his career he has managed the full project lifecycle, coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment across multiple sites while keeping work on schedule and within budget. As a Superintendent, Carlos coordinates all site construction activities and supervises the field personnel needed to deliver each project safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. His background includes extensive safety leadership, with OSHA 10 and 30 certifications and a track record of reducing on-site incidents through proactive risk assessment and training. He is also fluent in English and Spanish, an asset in coordinating field teams.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. They enjoy riding 4 wheelers, side by sides and doing some competitive shooting. Additionally, he enjoys skydiving, hunting and playing virtually any kind of sport.
