Dan Malpiede
Superintendent
Dan Malpiede brings more than 30 years of construction experience to Rupe Companies as a Superintendent focused on large third-party projects. Over his career he has led ground-up commercial, multi-family, and residential work valued up to $50 million, managing large crews across multiple scopes of work and coordinating closely with local government agencies. As a Superintendent, Dan oversees all site construction activities and supervises the field personnel required to complete each project on schedule and within budget. His experience spans senior superintendent, general superintendent, quality, and safety leadership roles, and he holds a Class A General Contractor certification along with Procore certifications as a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Estimator. Dan is known for a servant leadership approach and for building teams that execute at a high level.
When Dan is not working, you will find him enjoying time with family or friends or partaking in one of his many hobbies: camping, back packing, water skiing, hiking, exercise, running, driving Tractors & Trucks for friends and family during Harvest, playing the drums on various praise and worship teams, or building homes for Habitat for Humanity.
