Josh Forar

Josh Forar brings more than 25 years of hands-on construction and leadership experience to his role as Superintendent with Rupe Companies in Arizona. His background spans multifamily and single-family residential construction, renovation, framing, and construction management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the building process from the ground up.

Prior to joining Rupe Companies, Josh served in superintendent and construction management roles with Beazer Homes, Maris Construction, Homes By Towne, and Lennar. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries, overseeing inspections, enforcing jobsite safety standards, monitoring quality, and proactively resolving issues that could impact project timelines or customer satisfaction.
Josh is known for his strong leadership, adaptability, and hands-on approach to problem solving. His experience managing field operations, maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with municipalities and trade partners, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards makes him a valuable addition to Rupe’s growing Arizona construction team.

At Rupe Companies, Josh will oversee day-to-day field operations on Arizona projects, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Rupe’s standards for quality.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hiking, and traveling. He is also an avid Vikings fan and enjoys exploring Arizona with his family in search of unique rocks and gems as members of a local geological society.
