Sam Guajardo

Sam joins Rupe as a Project Executive and will serve as Project Manager for our large third-party projects as we continue to grow that program. He brings more than 12 years of commercial construction experience and a strong background in project leadership, preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and client relations. Throughout his career, he has led complex projects across a variety of sectors, including education, higher education, municipal, commercial, and historic renovations. His experience spans projects from preconstruction and budgeting through construction and final closeout, with a focus on proactive planning, strong project controls, and effective communication.

In his role at Rupe, Sam will provide leadership across major construction projects while supporting and developing project teams. Known for his collaborative approach, calm leadership style, and ability to build strong, lasting relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams, Sam is committed to delivering successful projects while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys creating genuine memories with his wife, daughter, and son. He stays active through CrossFit and family activities, supports and celebrates his daughter’s success in percussion, coaches his son’s youth football program, and mentors young athletes.
