Lauren joined our team in 2023. She is originally from Tulsa and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Business Administration, where she majored in Marketing. Before joining us, she worked in real estate as a Compliance Specialist in the mortgage industry and was awarded Administrator of the Year. Before that, she was a marketing specialist for a property management company. While raising her 3 children, Lauren worked as a volunteer and substitute teacher at Bixby and Jenks. Most recently, she helped launch Tulsa’s first classical charter school as Office Manager, which ignited a passion for learning about classical education for herself and her family.

At Rupe Companies, Lauren is the trusted “go-to” person who ensures that those around her have everything they need to succeed. She enjoys working closely with each department and providing support in any way possible. Her favorite part of the job is helping others succeed.

When Lauren is not working, she spends as much time as possible with her husband of 20 years and her three children. She loves hiking in the mountains in Colorado with her family, reading or listening to crime thrillers, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or decorating her house.
